COMMUNICATION AND AVAILABILITY
Communication. It is our goal to respond to all communication no later than in one (1) business day.

Social Media is not used for business communication. I am not responsible for the timely response to or even the receipt of any messages sent via social media platforms.

For more short-form, quick communication, we have a Business WhatsApp. Voice notes can also be sent for your convenience.

For long-form thoughts, especially with attached documentation, please send an email to info@ShaCannon.com or the email address you have assigned to me as your C.O.O.

For project-based tasks, information, and documents, a project management system should be in use. My preferred PMS platform is Asana.
Deadlines. All date deadlines given, expire at midnight ET, unless otherwise declared. For example, if the deadline is “tomorrow” then the deadline is tomorrow at midnight Eastern (New York) Time.
Public Hours Of Operation. All scheduled appointments will be in Eastern Time (New York/Georgia). Business Operation is Monday-Thursday from 10am ET to 2pm ET.
No Talk Friday. Fridays are used for uninterrupted production time. Client communication is not monitored on Fridays.
Meetings. ALL meetings, (e.g. video, etc…), must be scheduled at least a week ahead of time.

Your routine CEO-COO and team meetings are scheduled. It is recommended that these meetings be deemed important enough for your attendance. Although they can be rescheduled at your request, it is subject to availability only.

Meetings and events outside of your routine meetings are subject to availability and should be scheduled no later than a week ahead of the desired meeting to ensure my attendance.

For tax reasons, I spend extremely limited time within the United States. This time is usually planned a year out and does not include client in-person events or support.
Out Of Office. I am out for certain internal and government holidays. A month is considered 4 weeks. Vacation time is usually taken during or around the month with 5 weeks each quarter. See the exact scheduled out-of-office 2026 dates are below:
